Vale Archie Kalokerinos
Dr Archie Kalokerinos passed away on Thursday 1 March 2012 at the age of 84. He has left a valuable legacy in the fearless manner with which he tackled the appalling infant death rate among Aboriginal communities in country NSW as well as his work in giving evidence on behalf of parents and carers of infants who died of vitamin C deficiency and who were often wrongly tried on 'shaken baby' charges.
